1.Maintenance Engineer (Tomato Paste)

Duties

  • Inspect Tomato Paste machines regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
  • Report all machines performance and/or breakdowns to maintenance management.
  • follow up and share of daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance for all the equipment and make sure that every / each machine has received the maintenance required.
  • Share the complete Tomato Paste machines downtime, and analyze root causes to ensure reoccurrences.
  • Monitor the daily maintenance log book of the maintenance technician and check the daily PM activities by using Operators and technicians.
  • Execute the complete Tomato Paste machines maintenance activities as par the daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plan, and do the breakdown maintenance.
  • Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Managing Spare parts needed (order, utilize, monitor, store, and follow up).
  • Analyze the breakdowns, down time and external down time of the Tomato Paste Machines and take necessary action on it.
  • Responsible of maintaining safety, quality and housekeeping inside mechanical workshop, and job areas as well.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site
  • To be fully accountable for the quality, accuracy timeliness and effectiveness of reports, and KPI’s.
  • Supervise and coach the team members and set their yearly target and conduct the performance review on regular basis.
  • To contribute to the effective management, motivation and development of Personnel   team resources by liaising closely with key line management personnel and other relevant parties within the MOROUJ Company, to ensure problems/issues are identified and resolved or appropriately.
    • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies
  • Quality of execution of maintenance   policies and processes, including timely delivery within budget
  • Effectiveness in maintaining and improving machines efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
  • Relevant Professional Engineering qualification is mandatory
  • Minimum4 years previous experience in relevant role in a private sector organisation is mandatory
  • Projects management experience.
  • Industrial Engineering is required
  • Experience in developing business processes, SLA’s, KPI’s and business rules.
  • Knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of change management and cultural change processes
  • Understanding of the Sudan market and MOROUJ business strategy, goals and competitive environment

3.Technical assistant ( Driver) 

Duties

  • Assist in the implementation maintenance programs on new and existing equipment’s and machines by coordinate the maintenance task among all maintenance department.
  • Assist of new installation by managing all installation requirement and ensure all the required tools material are available
  • Coordinate between the outsourcing workshop to ensure that all required job and done properly and on time 
  • Follow up with utility and E&I team to carry out all maintenance activity on the external facility (Warehouses, CEO houses, .etc.)
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
  • Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
  • Working at night and on weekends.
  • Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
  • Quality of execution of maintenance plan   policies and processes, including timely delivery within budget
